Order Acceptance:

All orders are subject to acceptance by I LIKE IT BRO, LLC. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:
Product availability.
Errors in pricing or product information.
Suspected fraudulent activity.
Order confirmation will be sent via email to the email address provided at checkout.

Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Shipping Methods:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
FREE Standard Ground shipping (3-5 business days) in all the 50 States in the continental U.S.A.
2-Day Shipping: $12.00 - $18.00.
Next-Day Air: $18.00 - $30.00+.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or specific states/provinces.

Delivery Times:

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
Delivery times are not guaranteed and may be subject to delays due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
For international orders, please allow additional time for customs clearance.

Order Tracking:

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Damages:

I LIKE IT BRO, LLC, is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Sustainablity:

I LIKE IT BRO, LLC, uses eco-friendly packaging or carbon-neutral shipping.

Order Changes & Cancellations:

Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of order placement.
We cannot guarantee that order changes or cancellations will be processed successfully.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
