RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

Thank you for shopping at "I Like It Bro™" This document governs all returns and exchanges of I LIKE IT BRO, LLC (“ilikeitbro.com”) (as defined below). If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to carefully review our Return and Exchange Policy. I LIKE IT BRO, LLC reserves the right to modify this Returns and Exchanges Policy in whole or in part at any time at its sole direction.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy we establish the following definitions:
- “Products” means all products and services sold at ilikeitbro.com.
- “Customer” means end user customers that purchase directly from us, distributors or wholesalers.

- “Orders” refers to your requests to purchase a Product from us.
- “Website” refers to "I Like it Bro™", accessible at ilikeitbro.com.
- “You” refers to the individual using our Service, or the company or legal entity on whose behalf such an individual is using the Service, as applicable.
Our Goal: The Perfect Fit
We want you to love what you ordered. If the fit isn't right, we offer free exchanges and easy returns within 30 days of delivery.

3. Choose Your Option:
- The following does not apply: to the sale of digital products.
- Exchange (FREE): Love the item but need a different size? Exchanges are always free.
- Store Credit (+Bonus): Receive a full refund to store credit plus a $5 bonus toward your next purchase.
- Refund to Original Payment: A $7.95 shipping & handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Sustainability: fewer returns mean a lower carbon footprint.
We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in transit, so please make sure you ask the shipping company for the proper tracking information when shipping your items.
4. Condition Standards:
Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, tags attached). If you requested an exchange, we’ll ship the replacement item to your address within 24 hours of processing your return.
